Resistance workout that uses light to moderate load. A full body workout with high repetition that focuses on specific muscle groups at a time. FORGE by FORT will get you toned, lean, fit and help you burn up to 400 calories per class. FORGE CORE by FORT focuses on core strength and overall body stability using body weight exercise and light resistance movements. In FUSE you will be experiencing SMR, static & dynamic stretching, functional movement and core activation. Foam roller, Lacrosse balls, bands and body weight will be used in this program.
